Due to continued growth, our International client is searching for a dynamic Territory Sales Manager (TSM).
This is a sales position, with great potential for growth and earnings.
It is preferred the candidate be located in Germany, but consideration will be given to candidate located in any location in Europe, but must have easy access to airports and be prepared travel on occasion.
The Territory Sales Manager (TSM) role is a sales position responsible for generating subscription sales of our clients marketing automation solution directly to marketing departments in small and medium sized businesses as well as through Microsoft CRM partner organizations that resell our solution. Duties of the TSM include:
The Sales Manager (TSM) should have experience with B2B marketing software solutions. The ideal TSM candidate will have the following:
“Day in the Life”
On any given day the TSM may be conducting multiple online product demonstrations, prospecting for new business, following up on numerous pipeline opportunities, meeting with the Territory Channel Manager partner to work on channel pipeline and sales, following up on inbound leads, updating records in the CRM and more.
The TSM role is performed mainly from an office/home, but periodic travel is required for marketing events, company meetings, partner meetings and customer pitches.
The TSM role will be compensated on a mix of base salary and sales commission in accordance with their experience level. There is no cap placed on the earnings of the TSM.
