International HR Advisors

Position 1 - International HR Advisor - Expat Assignments

For our client, a global market leader in the energy sector, we are seeking the following HR professionals based in the Hague;

Responsibilities

  • Inform and guide employees regarding international transfer policies and procedures;
  • Advise project management on issues relating to international assignments;
  • Provide presentations and/or training material to management and/or assignees as required;
  • Develop recommendations for new or revised policies;
  • Lead International HR related projects including responsibility for management communication and roll out of projects;
  • Keep up to date on company expatriate policies and procedures and guide admin staff on policy updates;
  • Inform and guide employees regarding expatriate transfer policies and procedures;
  • Provide onboarding/offboarding presentations and support to company assignees placed on assignment in the area of operations;
  • Administer expatriate benefits such as processing of invoices for schools, completing system actions to activate benefits, complete medical (de) registration;
  • Keep in contact with assignees to ensure smooth processing of requests;
  • Review travel and expense requests in compliance with company policy;
  • Administer employee and organizational data in SAP and SharePoint.

The ideal candidates will be / have general knowledge & experience of:

  • Minimum 4 years of HR policies & practices experience;
  • International mobility (visas, relocation, logistics);
  • Be comfortable with giving straightforward presentations; 
  • Juggling multiple admin tasks & cases at once;
  • Be methodical and precise;
  • Have global mobility awareness & experience;
  • Diplomacy & tact is vital;
  • International mindset;
  • SAP experience is a plus;
  • Full fluency in English.

This is a 12-month temporary payroll assignment via Madison Parker International offering a market competitive salary and benefits package.

Position 2 - International HR Advisor – Expat Support Group

Responsibilities

  • Provide assignment support to company expatriates;
  • Keep up to date on expatriate policies and procedures;
