As a Desktop Support Engineer, you will be supporting users with their desktop IT needs and providing daily support to internal inquiries and work requests relating to maintenance of personal computers and related systems.
Our client, a progressive, brave, dynamic, fun and fast-paced global media company, has just opened a new office in the Centre of Amsterdam and you will be their first Desktop Support Engineer. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with a minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role and possess an excellent customer service ability with strong problem-solving skills.
25 days’ annual leave (increasing by 3 days after 3 years), matching pension contributions up to 5%, Cycle to Work Scheme and more.
