Our client, who works with numerous and famous Brands specialized in Social Media, Gaming and much more, is looking for a Customer Care Representative who can support their team in Athens, Greece. Job description: 

· Interact effectively with existing customers, via calls, emails or chat in both English and one other EU language (see list below).

· To handle customers complaints and issues with patience and empathy.

· To solve efficiently all the technical issues.

· To record details of customer contacts and actions taken.

· To follow company’s policies and guidelines.

· English B2 level or above

· C1/C2 / proficient or at native level in any of the following languages: Dutch, German, French, Italian, Czech, Hebrew, Swedish, Danish, Finnish, Slovak, Hungarian and Norwegian

  • 14 x salaries include (½ Eastern Bonus ½ vacation Bonus + 1 complete Salary on Christmas)
  • Overtime is paid extra
  • +25% working on night shifts & +75% working on Sundays or Greek Bank Holidays
  • 20 paid days off / year

Selection Process:

Before making the trip to Athens, you will undergo an online pre-selection test to confirm that you have the required attributes for the role.
 
Your first week in Athens will comprise a comprehensive training at the end of which you will be assigned to one of the client teams.
