Job description:
· Interact effectively with existing customers, via calls, emails or chat in both English and one other EU language (see list below).
· To handle customers complaints and issues with patience and empathy.
· To solve efficiently all the technical issues.
· To record details of customer contacts and actions taken.
· To follow company’s policies and guidelines.
· English B2 level or above
· C1/C2 / proficient or at native level in any of the following languages: Dutch, German, French, Italian, Spanish, Portugese, Czech, Hebrew, Swedish, Danish, Finnish, Norwegian, Slovak, Hungarian, Estonian and Slovenian.
