Business Operations Manager

Our client is a global technology leader providing products and solutions to millions of companies and individuals. Our client works together with more than 1000 IT partners, who have their own datacenters where they host Microsoft software solutions. The usage of this software needs to be accounted for and reported monthly. As this is a mostly a manual process, it doesn’t always go smoothly.

 

Our ideal candidate will be a self-motivated individual that is willing to take on any challenges the day brings. We are looking for someone who is analytical, and not afraid to have conversations on a topic that is not in their comfort zone, and has a strong sales drive to meet deliverables.

 

Key Roles & Responsibilities

  • Analyze reporting and determine where difficulties with reporting arise
  • Reach out to partners where we see a challenge
  • Work with them to get the reporting in correctly which is time sensitive

Furthermore, the role can expand to:

  • Identifying trends in the market based on reporting
  • Identifying sales opportunities when in conversation
  • Developing additional reporting and insights to deliver to the management

 

Position Requirements/Qualifications

  • Bachelor/Associate degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
  • Motivated self-starter with the ability to work with minimal direction and supervision.
  • An aptitude to work independently without significant oversight or instruction to achieve results with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail under deadline pressure.
  • A strong ability to collaborate and communicate effectively, demonstrating excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Exceptional influence and collaboration skills.?Ability to get things done working collaboratively across internal and external stakeholders.
  • A strong analytical mindset that can be focused on a set of data and define highlights / lowlights and trends.
  • Fluency in English, Dutch
